The procedure for ordering goods:

You can start ordering. On the left side you choose from the menu and in the middle you see the individual items. Click on image to view details about the product and to see the picture in higher resolution. If you want to order this item, click on the button - ADD TO CART or contact us directly. Then send us an email with the title, color and amount of demanded goods. Be sure to include mailing address, billing information and the latest date by which you need the goods. Normal shipping time is within 24 hours and delivery time is approximately 2 days. Order can be made by telephone as well.

Delivery terms:

Goods is being delivered by the Czech Post or by PPL delivery service. In the event that you are not at home by the delivery , postman left your information in the mailbox, where you can pick up a package of goods (usually the nearest post office). From this moment you have 14 days to pick up the delivery. Otherwise, it will be returned back to us. In that case you are under the risk that your next possible order could be made by prepayment only or refused.

- Freight is free when ordering goods over 3000, - CZK

Cash on delivery provided by  PPL delivery service 129,-CZK (Courier)

Personal pick up at our store, fares in this case is free. Opening hours are showed on our contact page.

Delivery time:

Goods that you order is shipped usually next business day. We advise you to write us a date by which you need the product at the latest time.  If we are not able to deliver your product in time due to required amount of goods on stock we will inform you about our possibilities.

Packaged shipment:

Your merchandise is always packed with maximum care and attention in order to protect for transportation. All shipments are packed in new unused cardboard boxes or bubble envelopes.

Withdrawal from the agreement:

You have the right to return the goods within 14 days from receive of the goods. You can return goods in undamaged and unused condition and in original undamaged packaging (if this is provided) only. After the return of such goods you will be refunded full amount of the value of goods. Amount spent on transportation and use of packaging materials will not be refunded. When sending goods back to us, please write your account number. 

The refund amount does not apply to items purchased in person at our store if it was not done by reservation via e-shop (in this case, you can only exchange goods for other goods from our offer or a voucher for the amount).


On all our product range is guarantee 24 months.


If you have a problem with delivered goods, prior to its dispatch, please inform us by e-mail 
(remove XX) info XX @Carnival-Shop XX .cz. Attach a copy of the invoice or receipt. Without it, your claim can not be acknowledged. We commit ourselves to respond to your complaint within 7 days of delivery and within 30 days to deal with it. If the complaint will be accepted as legitimate and defective product will be irreparable, we will replace it by new product. If this product is no more in production we will refund you full amount of the product price at which you purchased it from us.
